The depth of causative source of gravity is one of the most important parameter
of gravity investigation. Present study introduces the theoretical solve of the
intersection point of the horizontal and vertical gradients of gravity anomaly. Two
constants are obtained to estimate the depth of causative source of gravity anomaly,
first one is 1.7807 for spherical body and the second is 2.4142 for the horizontal
cylinder body. These constants are tested for estimating the depth of three actual
cases and good results are obtained. It is believed that the constants derived on
theoretical bases are better than those obtained by empirical experimental studies.

A total of 50 wells water samples were collected from 10 wells in Abu Ghraib site/ Baghdad for detection of coliform, fecal coliformand and pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria, and the pollution of toxic ions (No3-, B+3, pb+2 and Cd+2 ) in wells water. Results showed microbial pollution by coliform, fecal Coliform bacteria in wells water when using presumptive, confirmed and complete tests, P. aeruginosa bacterium was isolated and identificated on Cetrimide Agar media, estimated the Most Probable Number (MPN) of coliforms and P. aeruginosa, results showed difference in mean of (MPN) of wells water.     This study was designed  to stand  on the most important causes of contamination in sesarean section in women by the aerobic bacteria species the bacteria isolates  were diagnosed in the Maternity and Children  Hospital in the Qadsiya province and in the special clinics. Sixty five persent of women having cesarean operation were contaminated with different bacteria in different ratios.        Inhibitory effect  of  Lactobacillus plantarum was studied against Escherichia coli O157:H7 in  minced  beef , as well as the effect of some Spices ( Garlic , Cloves and Black Pepper ) was studied against this bacteria .
