This paper investigates the concept (α, β) derivation on semiring and extend a few results of this map on prime semiring. We establish the commutativity of prime semiring and investigate when (α, β) derivation becomes zero.

The present paper includes a study of color variation in Iraqi Collared dove Streptopelia decaocto. Three different populations have been recognized: the southern population which belongs to the Indian race, the northern population to the Eurasian race; the dark and light color variation occurs in the Baghdad population because of hybridisation between the two races, found infected with two cestodes, Raillietina echinobothrida found in most of our specimens, while the dark face found beside R. echinobothrida infected with Idiogenes sp. getting it probably from vertebrate sources. We believe that most of the Baghdad population was intermediate between north and south races.

Muscid flies Musca domestica L., M. biseta Hough, M. crassirostris Stein, M. sorbens Wied., Muscina stabulans (Fallen), Atherigona orientalis Schiner, Atherigona sp. and Limnophora quaterna (Loew) were captured by using yellow sticky traps from different provinces of Iraq during November 2010. The experiment was conducted in the botanical garden of the Department of Life Sciences/ College of Education for Pure Sciences Ibn Al-Haitham for the growing season 2021- 2020 in order to study the effect of urea and NPK fertilizer on some physiological characteristics of watercress plants. The seeds were sown on 10/15/2020 in plastic bags weighing 10 kg of soil. The shoots were sprayed with urea at three concentrations (0, 50, 100) mg L-1 in two sprays, and NPK fertilizer was added as a ground addition at three levels (0, 100, 200) kg H-1 in two sprays in conjunction with urea spraying. The toxicity effect of some heavy metals (Lead, Cadmium, Copper, and Zinc) on the growth of alga Scenedesmus dimorphus which belongs to the Division of Chlorophyta was studied and depended on the total cell number . The growth rate and doubling time were also calculated accordingly in present of absent of the the heavy metals . There were differences in toxic effects of the metals (p<0.05) . The growth was decreased gradually with alga when exposured to Lead at 15,20 and 25 mg/l in comparison with the control , mean while 30 mg/l caused an acute decrease in growth .
