Background: Klebsiella pneumoniae were considered as normal flora of skin, and intestine. It can cause damage to human lungs; the danger of this bacterium is related to exposure to the hospital surroundings. materials and methods: the detection of Klebsiella pneumoniae on morphological and biochemical tests and then assured with VITEK 2 system. Resistance to antibiotics was determined by Kirby-Baeur method. And genotyping of IMP-1 in isolates was done by PCR technique, then biofilm formation was identified by Micro titer plate method. Results: The present study included a collecting of 50 specimens from different clinical specimens, (blood 40%, urine 30%, sputum 20%, wound infection 10%); 10 isolates were identified as Klebsiella pneumoniae . All isolates, under study, developed high resistance toward Cefitrixon, Ampicillin, Amoxicillin, Ticarcillin, Ticarcillin+Clavulanic acid, and Ceftazidim estimated by disc diffusion method. All isolates characterized by harboring the highest resistant in a percentage reached 100% against antibiotics, under study. This study determined the Minimal Inhibitory Concentration were detected by eight E-test strips for isolates. As well as the isolates were strong biofilm production for three isolates, while three were moderate of biofilm formation and other isolates were weak former; at the value of (P≤0.05) was considered as a significant. Genotype detection of Metalo-beta lactamase (IMP-1) by PCR technique in Klebsiella pneumoniae . Upon using PCR technique exposed only three isolates;30% of isolates (two from urine, one from blood) samples harbored IMP-1 gene. The study was also found relationship between IMP-1 and biofilm formation in isolates which were harboring these genes, when (P ≤ 0.05). Conclusions: K. pneumoniae were isolated from different sources. All isolates were resistant to most antibiotics used in this study. The isolates have Metallo-beta lactamse. PCR was showed K. pneumoniae have IMP-1 gene,.This study also found there was relationship between biofilm formation and IMP-1 gene in K. pneumoniae (P≤0.05).
The current research tries to identify the employment of the digital technology in the formation of the theatrical show space. The researcher started with the significant importance of the digital technology and its workings in the formation of the contemporary theatrical show being a modern, artistic, aesthetic, intellectual and technological means to convey the topic in an integrated manner, as well as its close connection with the creative directive vision and the creative designing vision. It provides a variety of models of numerous implications in terms of transmission and advancement of the relationships represented by clarifying the scenography and dramatic conflict forms according to the numerous motivations of the directo

Tissue engineering (stem cells, scaffold and growth factors) aims to reconstruct natural tissues. The paper aimed to isolate both periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMMSCs) and use them in a co-culture method to create three-layered cell sheets for reconstructing natural periodontal ligament (PDL) tissue. Materials and methods: BMMSCs were isolated from rabbit tibia and femur, and PDLSC culture was established from the lower right incisor. The cells were co-cultured to induce BMMSC differentiation into PDL cells. Cell morphology, stem cel

The research aims to verify the dimensions of tax justice that exist in Iraq, and to determine their impact on tax compliance. Through a revised model of tax justice based on the literature of tax justice according to the classification of the studies of (Saad, 2009), (Wenzel, 2002), by using a questionnaire as an experimental measurement tool designed to be in line with perceptions of tax justice in Iraq. To define the dimensions of tax justice (the independent variable) with eight dimensions (Distributive justice, Exchange justice, Vertical justice, Horizontal justice, Retributive justice,

Abstract
The research aims at achieving a set of objectives, which is to study a vital variable in the organizations which is the talent management and its impact on encouraging and empowering employees to take part in making appropriate decisions with their heads in the Iraqi Cement State Company. The problem of this research is in finding solutions to the weaknesses that face the managers in attracting talented employees and keep them in the company, and this leads to a weak capacity of the company on authorizing talented employees and giving them the needed confidence to participate in decision making process. The research sample was included (45) managers in the researched company. Th

The researchers adopted a theoretical and practical framework. The main objective is to diagnose the risks caused by the escalation of slums in Baghdad city.
The simulation is the oldest theory in art, since it appeared in the Greek aesthetic thought of the philosopher Plato, as we find in many of the thinkers and philosophers over a wide period of time to reach our world today. Our fascination with art in general and design art in particular is due to the creativity and innovations of the artist through the simulation, as well as the peculiarities in this simulation, which give objects signs and signals that may have an echo that sometimes does not exist in their physical reality.
