The research aims to identify the standard levels of the administrative work of the Olympic sports associations in the Iraqi National Olympic Committee. Thus, the administrative work and its importance to the sports federations were discussed. Thus, all procedures were used to use the administrative work scale. Tight oil reservoirs have been a concerned of the oil industry due to their substantial influence on oil production. Due to their poor permeability, numerous problems are encountered while producing from tight reservoirs. Petrophysical and geomechanical rock properties are essential for understanding and assessing the fracability of reservoirs, especially tight reservoirs, to enhance permeability. This paper aims to provide a diameter of Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) level for the companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. It also tries to show the FRQ effects on the dividend policy.
