The current investigation aimed to test the alterations of the levels of obestatin hormone, lipid profile and cardiac function markers in relation to hyperglycemia in patients with non-insulin diabetes mellitus. The study included 118 diabetic subjects (56 males, 62 females) and 60 healthy non-diabetic subjects (30 males, 30 females). Diabetic and healthy subjects were age-matched.     This paper deals with finding an approximate solution to the index-2 time-varying linear differential algebraic control system based on the theory of variational formulation. The solution of index-2 time-varying differential algebraic equations (DAEs) is the critical point of the equivalent variational formulation. The aim of this work is to evaluate the relations of thyroid hormones, vitamins, and lipid peroxidation with the glycemic index in patients experiencing Type-2 diabetes.       The aim of this article is to present the exact analytical solution for models as system of (2+1) dimensional PDEs by using a reliable manner based on combined LA-transform with decomposition technique and the results have shown a high-precision, smooth and speed convergence to the exact solution compared with other classic methods. The suggested approach does not need any discretization of the domain or presents assumptions or neglect for a small parameter in the problem and does not need to convert the nonlinear terms into linear ones.
