This study has been carried out to evaluate the expression level of beta 2 microglobulin gene on patients infected by hepatitis C virus before and after treatment with interferon. The study included 117 hepatitis C patients comprising as 63 pre-treated patients, the range of age was between 20-65 year with a mean age of 48.12 ± 16.1 and 54 post-treated patients with age range was between 23-63 year with the mean of 46.1 ± 18.1. The reorientation energies (eV) were evaluated theoretically depending on dipole momentum, dielectric constant , and refrective index n. The rate constant of charge transfer has been calculated depending on the reorientation energy (eV) ,effective free energy , potential height barrier , and coupling coefficient . The sample's physical characteristics and laser parameters impact the generation and characterization of Laser-Induced Plasma (LIP), which is a relevant phenomenon in many applications. We investigated the effect of laser energy on laser-induced Zn plasma characterization in this study. A Zn plasma with a repeating frequency of 6 Hz, a first wavelength of 1064 nm, a pulse duration of 10 ns, and a laser energy range of 300 mJ to 500 mJ was created using a Q-switched ND: YAG laser. The basic plasma properties, such as electron temperature and density, were estimated using optical emission spectroscopy (OES).
