The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. In accordance with epidemic COVID-19, the elevated infection rates, disinfectant overuse and antibiotic misuse what led to immune suppression in most of the population in addition to genotypic and phenotypic alterations in the microorganisms, so a great need to reevaluate the genetic determinants that responsible for bacterial community (biofilm) has been raised. A total of 250 clinical specimens were obtained from patients in Baghdad hospitals and streaked on Mannitol salt agar medium. Some results of fuzzy anti-inner product spaces are given, such as the relation between fuzzy inner product space and fuzzy anti-inner product. The notion of minimizing vector is introduced in fuzzy anti-inner product settings.

In this article, we study some properties of anti-fuzzy sub-semigroup, anti fuzzy left (right, two sided) ideal, anti fuzzy ideal, anti fuzzy generalized bi-ideal, anti fuzzy interior ideals and anti fuzzy two sided ideal of regular semigroup.
