This study concerned with phytochemical investigation and methods of extraction and separation of active constituents from Valeriana officinalis plant cultivated in Iraq. Due to the large number of active constituents in Valeriana officinalis, it was necessary to make analytical study of its constituents to determine the chemical nature of these constituents and then determine the main classes (terpenes and iridoids) using chemical reagents specific for each class. This paper presents a point multiplication processor over the binary field GF (2²³³) with internal registers integrated within the point-addition architecture to enhance the Performance Index (PI) of scalar multiplication. The proposed design uses one of two types of finite field multipliers, either the Montgomery multiplier or the interleaved multiplier supported by the additional layer of internal registers. Lopez Dahab coordinates are used for the computation of point multiplication on Koblitz Curve (K-233bit). In contrast, the metric used for comparison of the implementations of the design on different types of FPGA platforms is the Performance Index.

To detect the amount of rifampicin in bulk and medicinal dosage formulations, an accurate and costeffective UV spectrophotometric technique has been developed using the area under the peak to estimate the presence of rifampicin. This range of wavelengths (300–356 nm) was chosen. The method showed linearity in the 2–22 μg/mL range, with R2 being2 0.9996.
