Ostracode assemblages have been utilized for the study of the paleoecology of
the Maastrichtian – Upper Eocene succession (Hartha, Shiranish, Aaliji, Kolosh,
Jaddala and Avanah formations) in North and Iraq, represented by five sections,
including four boreholes, Anah well-2, Mityaha well-1, Makhul well-2,
Chemchemal well-2 and Jabel Sinjar outcrop section. According to the different
environmental factors affecting on the ostracode ecology, such as salinity, depth,
temperature, oxygenation, substrate and food supply; and depending on the
distribution of ostracode assemblages within the studied sections, nine ecofacies

The research aimed at finding out the effect of functional rotation on the tax performance of the employees of the General Authority for Taxes through the five-meter questionnaire prepared according to the required data. The data obtained from the research sample were analyzed. Twenty clinical and fecal samples (ten clinical samples from patients attending to
Imam Ali Hospital and ten chicken faeces samples collected from local poultry farm
in Baghdad city) collected during December 2015, for isolated Klebsiella
pneumoniae. All K. pneumoniae isolates were extended-spectrum β- lactamase
producers and biofilm formation. The activities of two selected K. pneumoniae
isolates for their biofilm formation and susceptibility to antibiotics after treatment

Background: human paillomavirus infections (genital warts) are the most frequent sexually transmitted viral infections. a wide range of treatment options is available with different efficacy.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of podophyllin, trichloracetic acid (TCA) in the treatment of genital warts and side effects of them.

Subjects and methods: a total of sixty patients with genital warts were randomly selected, 30 in each group, in the Department of Dermatology, medical city for a Duration of 11 months from January 2009 to December 2009 treated with 35 % podophyllin in the tincture of benzoin or 50%  TCA) .Forty-eight patients were followed up for three months.
