Therefore, the researcher considers that the basic skills tests are suited to the level of the tested individuals in terms of their age and mental ability. The technical aspects were adopted as a means of selecting from They are qualified to practice this game in the simplest form, so show the importance of the problem of research through the design and codification of two tests of handling skills belonging to this category and adopted by the training cadres during the selection process. The research community for people with minor mental disabilities determines the male category of the mental and social disability institutes and the Special Olympics Union in the province of Baghdad for the period 2017-2018, who are 12-15 years of age and 6-9 years of mental age, (97), representing 12 institutes, as well as the Special Olympics Union. After obtaining the results and processing them statistically, the researcher reached two conclusions: The tests of handling skills were applied for the first time in the Iraqi environment, National Institute for People with Simple Mental Disabilities, Which, along with the rest of the tests to select the players of the Iraqi national team for people with mental disabilities simple in the Special Olympics Union, technical results of the tests by setting standards for it to be later a test and useful in the calendar and comparison. The research recommendations focused on the adoption of the skills of Passing in the continuous evaluation process, and the use of its criteria during the selection process.
In this paper, a simulation of the electrical performance for Pentacene-based top-contact bottom-gate (TCBG) Organic Field-Effect Transistors (OFET) model with Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and silicon nitride (Si3N4) as gate dielectrics was studied. The effects of gate dielectrics thickness on the device performance were investigated. The thickness of the two gate dielectric materials was in the range of 100-200nm to maintain a large current density and stable performance. The reactions of ozone with 2,3-Dimethyl-2-Butene (CH3)2C=C(CH3)2 and 1,3-Butadiene CH2=CHCH=CH2 have been investigated under atmospheric conditions at 298±3K in air using both relative and absolute rate techniques, and the measured rate coefficients are found to be in good agreement in both techniques used. The obtained results show the addition of ozone to the double bond in these compounds and how it acts as function of the methyl group substituent situated on the double bond.
