Development of a Multi-Completion Gas and Downhole Water Sink-Assisted Gravity Drainage (MC-DWS-AGD) to Improve Oil Recovery and Reduce Water Cut in Reservoirs with Strong Water Aquifers
Abstract<p>Gas and downhole water sink assisted gravity drainage (GDWS-AGD) is a promising gas-based enhanced oil recovery (EOR) process applicable for reservoirs associated with infinite aquifers. However, it can be costly to implement because it typically involves the drilling of multiple vertical gas-injection wells. The drilling and well-completion costs can be substantially reduced by using additional completions for gas injection in the oil production wells through the annulus positioned at the top of the reservoir. Use the two squares methods
The acceptance sampling plans for generalized exponential distribution, when life time experiment is truncated at a pre-determined time are provided in this article. The two parameters (α, λ), (Scale parameters and Shape parameters) are estimated by LSE, WLSE and the Best Estimator’s for various samples sizes are used to find the ratio of true mean time to a pre-determined, and are used to find the smallest possible sample size required to ensure the producer’s risks, with a pre-fixed probability (1 - P*). The result of estimations and of sampling plans is provided in tables.

A new simple sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method has been
developed for the analysis of vanadium(V) in three randomly chosen samples from
river water at different locations by continuous flow injection analysis. The method
based on the oxidation of pyrogallol by vanadium(V) in acidic solution to form color
species and the same species was determined using homemade Ayah 6SX1-T-2D
solar cell analyser . Chemical and physical parameters were investigated using the
high intensity of snow white light emitted diode as a source. The linear dynamic
range for the instrument response versus vanadium(V) concentration was 1-200
mg.L-1 with correlation coefficient r = 0.9920. The limit of detection (S/N=3) was 70<
