The present investigation aimed to formulate a liquid self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS) of tacrolimus to enhance its oral bioavailability by improving its dispersibility and dissolution rate. Four liquid SMEDDS were prepared using maisine CC as oil phase, labrasol ALF as surfactant and transcutol HP as co-surfactant based on the solubility studies of tacrolimus in these components.     This paper is concerned with a Coupled Reaction-diffusion system defined in a ball with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions. Firstly, we studied the blow-up set showing that, under some conditions, the blow-up in this problem occurs only at a single point. Secondly, under some restricted assumptions on the reaction terms, we established the upper (lower) blow-up rate estimates. Most of the investment projects in Iraq suffer from many constraints that greatly impact the success of these projects. A survey of the opinions of a group of experts was conducted to identify the most important constraints facing the investment process in Iraq. This study aims to identify the best rainwater harvesting system in Al-Muthanna governorate using Remote Sensing (RS) and Geographic Information System (GIS) techniques.
