The planning for the formation of administrative policies and guidance through leadership are important things for managing administrative processes and sporting activities. As both contribute in the stability of the administrative conditions, and their development in the sport federations, whether they both were attentive about team and individual Olympic Games. The two researchers observe that, there is a variation in the correct way of application. Particularly in the formulation of administrative policies and leadership describing it as, modern management standards for both team and individual Olympic Games in the Iraqi National Olympic Committee. That led to cause a misconception and lack of clarity for some administrators of those unions. The descriptive approach was used in the comparative study method. The research society included the preparation of the boards of directors in the sports federations of the team and individual Olympic Games competitions by (24) federations, (195) members and excluded (35) form those of were not submitted. As a result, the remaining was 160 members, in which their proportion formed (82.05%). After that, two questionnaire forms were applied (formation of administrative and leadership policies) on the sample population to obtain the results and process them statistically. Based on that, research findings were reached: 1. The administrators of the sports federations of both team and individual Olympic Games lack the distinguished management in the formation of administrative and leadership policies in the Iraqi Olympic Committee. 2. The administrators of the sports federations of both team and individual Olympic Games lack the replacement of the familiar methods with new methods in the formation of administrative and leadership policies. 3. Lack of financial donations by the Iraqi Olympic Committee contributed to the absence of keeping up with the development of thoughts and the administrative work of the policymaking and leadership through the lack of training and qualifying the Olympic sports federations’ administrators. 4. The National Olympic Committee of Iraq lack the standards that would assess and evaluate the development of the formation of administrative and leadership
Charge transfer complex formation method has been applied for the spectrophotometric determination of erythromycin ethylsuccinate, in bulk sample and dosage form. The method was accurate, simple, rapid, inexpensive and sensitive depending on the formed charge- transfer complex between cited drug and, 2,3- Dichloro-5,6-dicyano-p- benzoquinone (DDQ) as a chromogenic reagent. The formed complex shows absorbance maxima at 587 nm against reagent blank. The calibration graph is linear in the ranges of (10 - 110) μg.mL-1 with detection limit of 0.351μg.mL-1. An innovative greenhouse which integrates a conventional greenhouse with roof mounted solar air heaters is used in this investigation. This design reduces the solar radiation incoming to the greenhouse in summer which reduced the load and cost of greenhouse cooling and provides a means of solar heating.
