Adsorption studies were carried out to test the ability of the Iraqi rice bran (Amber type) to adsorb some metals divalent cations (Cd2+, Co2+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Ni2+, Pb2+, and Zn2+) as an alternative tool to remove these pollutants from water. In this paper a prey-predator model involving Holling type IV functional response
and intra-specific competition is proposed and analyzed. The local stability analysis of
the system is carried out. The occurrence of a simple Hopf bifurcation is investigated.
The global dynamics of the system is investigated with the help of the Lyapunov
function and poincare-bendixson theorem. Finally, the numerical simulation is used to
study the global dynamical behavior of the system. It is observed that, the system has
either stable point or periodic dynamics.

To achieve the objective of the study was constructed questionnaire where they are finalized (18) items distributed on two dimensions (professional needs, performance requirements) and after confirmation of the validity and reliability have been applied to the sample where the results showed that training needs were high, both on a professional or per formative level .
