Functional strength is one of the most important elements of physical preparation and an important physical characteristic in our daily life in general and sports training in particular, as it is the most influential characteristic in all sporting events, which the athlete must possess in order to reach the highest levels and achieve the best results. The research aimed to prepare functional strength training exercises According to the gradual increase in load in the development of some physical abilities and achievement for men's 100 meter competition runners , And to identify the effect of functional strength training according to the gradual increase in load in developing some physical abilities and achievement for men’s 100-meter competition runners. , Hence the importance of research is evident: preparing functional strength training exercises according to the gradual increase in load by providing successful solutions in an economical manner in terms of time and effort and knowing their positive impact in bringing about the required development and improving the level of players in a better way. The problem of the research is that the achievement of the players in this event does not rise to acceptable levels, as a result of the weakness of some of their physical abilities. It has become impossible for them to develop except through training according to a coordinated training curriculum, The researchers used the experimental method with pre- and post-testing for the experimental and control groups. The research population was identified as players in the 100-meter competition for men for the open category for ages over 20 years in the 2021 sports season, and they numbered (10 players). The sample was divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, with (5 players) for each. Group, the researchers concluded that functional strength training according to the gradual increase in load has a positive effect on developing some physical abilities and achievement for men’s 100-meter runners. , The researchers recommended Interest in functional strength according to the gradual increase in load has a positive impact on developing some physical abilities and achievement for men’s 100 meter competition runners. , Conduct similar studies and research on different age groups.
The research abstract included introduction and the importance of the research, also included display of the problem represented by weakness for the players when performing some of the basic skills in badminton and the shuttle not reaching to the back corners of the court which gives the player the opportunity to win through applying the pressure on the opponent and make him away from the control center(T) which definitely required level of a collection muscular strength contributed in performance perhaps this related to a number of reasons related with weakness in physical changes especially explosive and characterized by speed forces for the badminton players and be acquainted with them and knowing the extent of their effect in performanc

In the study the experimental design used pre-test and post-test to measure improvement of the participants in speed, agility, and overall endurance. There were 24 referees that performed structured circuit training for 8 weeks. Gradually, the training sessions were tailored to maintain an ongoing improvement of the different components of physical fitness required for high-quality referees. The findings showed marked improvements in the physical capacity of referees, with times taken for the sprint and the agility tests falling significantly. Statistical analysis verified that improvements were

Football is a game derived from the integration of football and tennis skills and some of the laws of volleyball and yard measurements, and since it is a newly created game must be studied and cover all aspects related to them to reach them to the highest levels. It is known that each game or sports activity should have Physical capabilities and motor skills, which is important to determine the level of technical performance where the abilities of the game contribute to mastering skills. The significance of the research in determining the standard levels of physical and motor abilities of the football players to help young professionals and the sponsors to increase the efficiency of these capabilities and thus raise the level of per

The experimental program consist of manufacturing and testing the five simply supported bridge models was scaled down by (1/10) from a prototype of 30m central span. The models carriageway central radii are 30 m, 15m or 10m. The girder spacing of the first two models is 175 mm with an overall carriageway width of 650mm. The girder spacing of the other three bridge models is 200mm with the overall carriageway width of 700 mm. The overall depth of the composite section was 164 mm. To investigate the effect of live load
