The purpose of this study is to investigate the capability of bacterial DNA compared to bacterial lysate in stimulating arthritis using rat model. One hundred mid-stream urine specimens were collected during November 2012 to January 2013, from patients suffering from urinary tract infections attending hospitals in Baghdad, Iraq. Susceptibility of Staphylococcus aureus isolates to antibiotics was examined. Twenty five isolates were identified as S. aureus and they developed multi drug resistance. In this work, the effect of ceramic coating on performance, exhaust gas temperature and gases emissions of diesel engine operated on diesel fuel and biodiesel blends was investigated. A conventional four stroke, direct injected, single cylinder, diesel engine was tested at constant speed and at different load conditions using diesel fuel and biodiesel blends. Lasmiditan (LAS) was formulated as a nanoemulsion based in situ gel (NEIG)with the aim of improving its oral bioavailability via application intranasally. The solubility of LAS in oils, emulsifiers, and co-emulsifiers was determined to identify nanoemulsion (NE)components. Phase diagrams were constructed to identify the area of nanoemulsification.      This paper presents an analysis solution for systems of partial differential equations using a new modification of the decomposition method to overcome the computational difficulties. Convergence of series solution was discussed with two illustrated examples, and the method showed a high-precision, being a fast approach to solve the non-linear system of PDEs with initial conditions. There is no need to convert the nonlinear terms into the linear ones due to the Adomian polynomials. The method does not require any discretization or assumption for a small parameter to be present in the problem. The triggering effect for the face pumping of Nd:YVO₄ disc medium of 4×5×0.5 mm was investigated using bulk diode laser at different resonator cavity length in pulse mode and at repetition rate of 1.3kHz. The maximum emitted peak power was found to be 100, 82, and 66 mW for resonator lengths of 10, 13.5, and 17.5 cm respectively, while the threshold pumping power was found to be 41mW. The maximum emitted peak power obtained was 300 mW when using external triggering and 10cm length, with repetition of 3Hz.

This paper introduces experimental results of eighteen simply supported reinforced concrete beams of cross sections ( ) and length 3000 mm to study the effect of lacing reinforcement on the performance of such beams under static and fatigue loads. Twelve reinforced concrete beams (two of them are casted with vertical shear reinforcement used as control beams) are tested under four points bending loading with displacement control technique and six laced reinforced concrete beams were exposed to high frequency (10 Hz) by fixing the fatigue load in each cycle. Three parameters are used in the designed beams, which are: lacing bar diameter (4mm, 6mm, and 8mm), lacing bar inclination angle to horizontal , and lacing steel rat
