المجلات العلمية العراقية ومعاملات التأثير العربية

يهدف البحث الى التعريف بمشاريع معاملات التأثير العربية، وبيان المجلات العلمية العراقية المشتركة بها ودرجة التأثير لها فضلا عن التعريف بمــــــــوقع المجلات العلمية الأكاديمية العراقية IASJ وعدد المجلات الداخلة فيه. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي أسلوب المسحي من زيارة المواقع الإلكترونية لمعاملات التأثير، والإطلاع على تقارير معامل التأثير للسنوات 2015-2019 . وخرج البحث بعدة استنتاجات منها ازدياد عدد المجلات العراقية الحاصلة على معامل التأثير العربي من 4 إلى 60 مجلة، وازدياد عدد المجلات العراقية الحاصلة على معامل التأثير ارسيف خلال السنوات 2016 - 2019 من 59 الى 86 مجلة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تسويق قاعدة بيانات بالنتاج الفكري العراقي إلى دور النشر العلمية واتاحتها للباحثين والأكاديميين ضمن محركات بحث اكاديمية، واعتماد مشروعي معامل التأثير (معامل التأثير العربي IF ومعامل التأثير والاستشهاد المرجعي ARCIF) من قبل الجامعات العراقية والمؤسســـــــات العلمية والأكاديمية كمعيار ومؤشر لبيان جودة المجلات وتصنيفها والنشر فيها، وضرورة إنشاء مشروع معامل التأثير العراقيIIF يعمل مؤشراً لتصنيف وتقييم جودة النتاج الفكري العراقي حصراً.

Effect of Refractive Index on Photon Natural Mass and Wavelength

In this article it is proved experimentally that the photon is a particle that has mass and constant wavelength by explaining the effect of refractive index on the wavelength and the natural mass of photon. It is very difficult to measure the mass of photon, a simple and easy process was proposed in this paper to calculate the mass length of photon in vacuum (Y) and in medium (Y*), by measuring the length of laser beam in air (Lair) and in medium (Lmed). A new method was postulated to calculate refractive index by using these relations (n = Y*/Y), and (n = Lmed / Lair) which supposed a new theory of light.

The Influence of Magnetohydrodynamic Flow and Slip Condition on Generalized Burgers’ Fluid with Fractional Derivative

This paper investigates the effect of magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) of an incompressible generalized burgers’ fluid including a gradient constant pressure and an exponentially accelerate plate where no slip hypothesis between the burgers’ fluid and an exponential plate is no longer valid. The constitutive relationship can establish of the fluid model process by fractional calculus, by using Laplace and Finite Fourier sine transforms. We obtain a solution for shear stress and velocity distribution. Furthermore, 3D figures are drawn to exhibit the effect of magneto hydrodynamic and different parameters for the velocity distribution.

Preparing a New Type of Concrete Based on Sulfur-melamine Modifier

In this research work, a new type of concrete based on sulfur-melamine modification was introduced, and its various properties were studied. This new type of concrete was prepared based on the sulfur-melamine modification and various ingredients. An Analysis of a Partial Temporary Immunity SIR Epidemic Model with Nonlinear Treatment Rate

     A partial temporary immunity SIR epidemic model involv nonlinear treatment rate is proposed and studied. The basic reproduction number  is determined. The local and global stability of all equilibria of the model are analyzed. The conditions for occurrence of local bifurcation in the proposed epidemic model are established. Finally, numerical simulation is used to confirm our obtained analytical results and specify the control set of parameters that affect the dynamics of the model.

Linear and Nonlinear Optical Properties of Anthocyanin Dye from Red Cabbage in Different pH Solutions

This article studied some linear and nonlinear optical characteristics of different pH solutions from anthocyanin dye extract at 180 oC from red cabbage. First, the linear spectral characteristics, including absorption and transmittance in the range 400-800 nm for anthocyanin solution 5% v/v with different pHs, were achieved utilizing a UV/VIS spectrophotometer. The experimental results reveal a shift in the absorption toward the longer wavelength direction as pH values increment.
