Calculative methods were used namely (Arithmetic mean, Value digression and T.test for incompatible specimens). In this paper, some new interesting formulas of special matrices are introduced and proved that the determinants of these special matrices have the values zero. This research aims to identify the effect of numbered heads strategy on developing oral expression skills among fifth-grade primary students in Bisha Province.
