The paper presents an investigation to the flutter speed of composite wing for different ply orientation. Structurally the composite wing was idealized as a composite beam load carrying structure. Theodorsen’s expression was used to get the 2- dimension unsteady lifting force and pitching moment in the limit of incompressible flow and subsonic speed which were integrated over the wing span. A free vibration analysis was first carried out to get the natural frequencies and mode shapes .The velocity-damping (V-g) method was used to calculate the flutter speed and the flutter frequency. The problem of the research lies in special motor abilities training programs like the balance that positively affect coordination between the nervous system and muscles. These training programs did not get enough attention from athletes especially young athletes; their training was restricted to physical abilities like strength, speed, and endurance instead. The research aimed at designing an apparatus for developing athletes’ balance in national centers for gifted/ ministry of youth and sport so as to provide a measurement for coached in this field. The results showed that the designed apparatus have a positive effect on developing the subjects’ balance in boxing and basketball athletes.

Experiment Factorial conducted with two factor in field texture silt clay loam soil, the first factor were Two Rotavator plow which different in number of rotary blades on flanges, weight, width, made and type, the second factor were four speeds tractor 2.62, 5.10, 7.55, 9.23 km/hr to compare performance two Rotavator under depth 12 cm and knowledge slippage, distance between beat blades, practical productivity, disturbed soil volume, percentage of the soil clods which have diameter less than 5 cm under complete block design with three replications using Least Significant Design 0.05. Abstract The purpose of this paper is to preparing small games for fifth graders. And to identify the impact of these small games in developing some concepts of traffic safety for fifth graders.
