The Iraqi culture faced a set of challenges that can be diagnosed with the most prominent features as follows:

1. The dominance of authoritarian political systems which entails authoritarian regimes with the absence of contemporary political concepts of human rights.
2. The prevalence of non- informed cultural systems which have the shortage of capabilities that enable them to activate cultural elements in positive references, historical, or seclusion on itself and not be able to interact with the current active cultures.
3. Stagnant economic conditions have not had a decent life for individuals, or a certain level of well-being, as well as poor services and others.

The effect of Low-Level Laser (LLL) provided by green semiconductor laser with an emission wavelength of 532 nm on of human blood of people with brain and prostate cancer has been investigated. The effect of LLL on white blood cell (WBC), NEUT, LYMPH and MONO have been considered. This study is aimed to predicate these diseases using non-harmful specimens such as saliva throughout the detection of some parameters. In the beginning, a random 51 patients' saliva was collected from outpatients who suffered from different degrees of periodontal diseases. Concurrently, another 40 people who appeared to be healthy were collected, and both patients and healthy people were subjected to a questionnaire form and diagnosed by a specialist dentist.
