The study aimed to examine the sensitivity to stress and its relation to positive mood among educational supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive approach as more an appropriate method for the current study. The sample is composed of (200) educational supervisor. To collect study data, two scales have been used: one scale to measure the sensitivity to stress and the other to measure the positive mood. The results indicated that a high level of sensitivity to stress with low level of positive mood among educational supervisors, sensitivity to stress showed significant differences among the sample regarding to major. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between test anxiety and cognitive representation among university students. To this end, 152 student (male, female) were chosen randomly from scientific and social departments to fill out the questionnaires of test anxiety and cognitive representation. The researcher utilized Independent Samples T-Test, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha and T-Test in his study. The result revealed that there were negative and a weak correlation between test anxiety and cognitive representation among university students.

The study aims to identify the cognitive bias and the level of emotional thinking among university students, besides, identifying the significant differences between male and female students regarding those two variables, and determine if there is a correlation between cognitive bias and emotional thinking. To this end, two scales were adopted to collect needed data: cognitive bias scale designed by (Al-any, 2015), composed of (14) items, and emotional thinking scale designed by (Abdu Allah, 2017), consisted of (27) items. The current research aims to identify the negotiation behavior of administrative teachers, as well as to identify the significance of the differences in negotiation behavior according to the variables (gender, scientific title, length of service). After confirming the psychometric characteristics of (20) items, the researchers applied the scale to (400) male and female administrative teaching staff who were randomly selected from the University of Baghdad for the academic year 2021/2022. The results showed the following the research sample has a negotiating behavior. There are no statistically significant differences between gender, scientific title, and length of service in the means of negotiating beha
