Judo has witnessed tremendous developments since its inception until the present day. It has been distinguished by its adaptation to the various challenges it has faced throughout the ages. Judo is one of the sports that have been affected by social, technological and cultural changes. These changes reflect its transformation from the traditional Japanese martial art to a global sport practiced. All over the world, therefore, studying the historical development of judo is important, as it provides valuable insights into the development of martial arts over a century, by studying the origins, principles and techniques of judo for the period (1880 - 1980), and also enables us to gain an understanding A deeper understanding of how the art form of judo has transformed and adapted over time. The research aims to document the history of the sport of judo and trace its development from its beginnings in 1880 until 1980, and to enhance understanding of the changes in the rules and techniques of judo, and how they were affected by cultural and social factors, and to analyze the impact of the sport of judo on the lives of individuals. Societies and various cultures, and the researcher adopted the analytical historical approach to address the history and development of judo, due to its suitability and the nature of the problem, as historical research achieves a double advantage in terms of benefiting from the past to predict the future and benefiting from the present to interpret the past, based on historical, cultural and sports scientific sources, including books and research articles. And the official websites of federations and institutions specialized in judo. The most important conclusions were that the founding and growth phase of judo was a decisive phase in the development of this sport, and its founder, Jigoro Kano, played a prominent role in shaping the philosophy and ethics of judo, and judo became a part of education and culture in various countries. The main problem of this research is the delay of implementation of the investment plan projects for the period (2013-2016) and the weakness of the staff ability in the ministries and they don’t have the sufficient experience to carry out the implementation process.
Therefore, the research aims to evaluate the implementation of programs and projects of the investment plan in a manner consistent with the objectives set for them without any wasteful of efforts, time and money. Information pollution is regarded as a big problem facing journalists working in the editing section, whereby journalistic materials face such pollution through their way across the editing pyramid. This research is an attempt to define the concept of journalistic information pollution, and what are the causes and sources of this pollution. The research applied the descriptive research method to achieve its objectives. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The findings indicate that journalists are aware of the existence of information pollution in journalism, and this pollution has its causes and resources.

This research presents a statistical study of radiation generated from communication towers in the Nineveh Plain region Baghdeda. The intensity of radiation energy was measured at 10 meters away from the communication tower in different locations, using a (1PC XH-901 Dosimeter/ Personal Dose Alarm / Radiation Detector, dosage rate: 0.01 μSv/h to 150μSv/h) to measure the amount of radiation at various times. Energy densities were measured and compared with standard limits provided by other authorities, such as the International Committee for Radiation Protection.
