Objective: Atorvastatin therapy is now recommended for reduction of cardiovascular risk in type 2 diabetic patients (T2DM), based on convincing evidence of reductions in mortality and vascular events in major clinical outcome trials. The aim is to evaluate the effects of atorvastatin on proinflammatory markers (TNF-α, IL-6), HbA1c andleptin in obese patients with type 2 diabetes. A precise, simple, and accurate continuous flow injection technique was used for the instantaneous estimation of bromhexine hydrochloride (BH-HCl) in tablet dosage form. The chemical and physical parameters of the reaction of BH-HCl with tetraphenylborate to produce a yellowish-white precipitate were determined using an ISNAG fluorimeter analyzer and diverging light at 90°. The calibration curve for BH-HCl was linear with correlation coefficients of 0.9994 and linearity percentage r2% = 99.87 over a concentration range of 0.01-20 mmol/L, L.O.D = 0.3610 µg/125µL (0.007 mmol/L), and RSD% less than 0.3% for 3 and 13 mmol/L (five replicates). cylinders of the shape of (Triangular & Rectangular fined cylinders with 8-fins),
putted into two different spaces; small one with dimension of (Length=1.2m,
height=1m, width=0.9m) and large one with dimension of (Length=3.6m, height =3m,

This study was aimed to monitor oral zinc sulfate role on local cervical proinflammatory cytokines in HPV-infected women comparing with these cytokines before treatment application. A cervical secretion got from 28 infected women before and after treatment with zinc sulfate, these samples assessed various markers of inflammation including interleukin-1β, IL-8, and IL-12. Results manifested that improve and clear the cervical HPV infections after three months of zinc treatment 46.43% and 21.43%, respectively.
