The present paper aims at investigating the linguistic image portrayed by UNICEF reports on the Iraqi child from a critical discourse analysis perspective during Covid19 pandemic (2020). When students write, they usually focus on one type of these markers that is the interactive markers and belittling the use of the other type which is the interactional markers.
