Allium ampeloprasum extract has the potential to facilitate wound healing due to its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial properties. In this study, we aimed to investigate the potential wound-healing activity of the methanol extract derived from Allium ampeloprasum. Using 30 healthy male Wester rats; control group: 15 rats; normal saline applied locally instead of plant-extract. Experimental group: 15 rats received a daily local application of 200 mg/kg of the plant extract. Then, for each healing period of 0, 5, or 10 days, each group was divided into three-subgroups: A, B, and C, each with five rats. There was a significant difference in the percentage of wound contraction between the control and experimental groups (p 0.02)

The bioequivalence of a single dose tablet containing 5 mg amlodipine as a test product in comparison to Norvasc^® 5 mg tablet (Pfizer USA) as the reference product was studied. The electrical properties of the AlNiCo thin films with thickness (1000oA) deposited on glass substrates using Ion – Beam sputtering (IBS) technique under vacuum <10-6 torr have been studied . Also it studied the effect of annealing temperature from this films , It is found that the effective energy decrease with increase of temperature and the conductivity decrease with increase temperature 323oK but after this degree the conductivity increasing .

The present research deal with ecological and geographical distribution of species and genera of Primulaceae in Iraq. The results were revealed that species distributed in the north , north-east and west of Iraq. Anagallis arvensis L. is the most prevalent species tolerant to different environmental conditions, while the species of Primula L. characterized as less widespread and limited in one District. In addition, the districts Rawanduz (MRO) and Sulaymaniyah (MSU) have ranked first in distribution of the species on geographical districts with (75%), while the districts southern desert (DSD) and Basra (LBA) in last place with (16.7%). Maps for geographical distribution for all species were illustrated.

A series of benzohydrazide derivatives attached to coumarin moiety at position 6 and 7 have been synthesized. The reaction of coumarin derivatives (coumarin I and II) with p-nitrophenyl hydrazine yield Schiff bases (compound1a and IIa_).These Schiff bases were refluxed with benzoyl chloride to give benzohydrazide derivatives of coumarin substituted at its 6 or 7 nucleus position (Ia₁ and IIa₁).The reaction and the purity of the products were checked by thin layer chromatography (TLC).
