The purpose of this paper is to building a comprehensive quality scale for school sports activities from the standpoint of physical education teachers in the directorates of education in the Governorate of Baghdad. The researchers used the descriptive approach with the survey method because it is the most appropriate to the nature of the problem and to achieve the objectives of the research .The good selection of the sample will reduce sampling errors, which enhances the honesty and accuracy of the data, which is representative of the research community and is always linked to its representation of the community and the possibility of generalizing its results to the group from which it was taken, as it represents the research community with physical education teachers and teachers in the Governorate of Baghdad, with (6 directorates of education) (Karkh 1, 2, 3, - Rusafa 1, 2, 3) for the academic year (2020/2021), where the number of the research community reached (2094) teachers and teachers of physical education distributed over (1413) schools (intermediate, middle, high school) (boys, girls, mixed).The research sample, it numbered (300) teachers and teachers of physical education, with a percentage of (14.32%), distributed over six directorates of education in the governorate of Baghdad, and the sample was chosen by the intentional method (random class).One of the most important results reached by the researcher is that: The researchers concluded that the overall quality of school sports activities in the directorates of education in the governorate of Baghdad is weak, and that physical education teacher are not given an opportunity to set the goals of physical education, as well as the lack of necessary supplies to establish school sports activities in accordance with the comprehensive quality standards. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the researchers is that: The researchers recommend relying on the comprehensive quality scale for school sports activities by the department of Physical Education and School Activity, the necessity of the higher administration represented by the department of Physical Education and School Activity committing to the requirements of total quality such as planning, organization, direction and control
This paper presents a new Azo dye that was prepared from the reaction of the Benzene-1,2-diamine and 1-(2,4,6-Trihydroxy-phenyl)-ethanone, Azo dye was used to prepare a new series of complexes with general formula: [Co2(H4L) Cl2(H2O)4] and [M2(H4L)Cl4(H2O)2] (M= Cr+3, Fe+3,Rh+3 and Ru+3). The prepared materials were different measurements including to infrared, ultraviolet-visible, and mass spectrometry, as well as thermo gravimetric analysis, differential calorimetry, and elemental analysis. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and sulphur foam added either at direct seeding or at transplanting decreased the effects of nematode (Meloidogyne javanica) on eggplant growth, and improved plant health. Experiments were conducted to study the possible interactions between the Mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mossae and Gigaspora spp.) and sulphur foam to control M. javanica on eggplant at seed or seedling stage. Experiment at seed stage treated with Mycorrhiza or sulphur foam alone or together stimulated the growth and reduced Nematode infestation significantly.
