هدف البحث إلى إعداد منهاج بأسلوب تدريبات البلايومترک على الأسطح المائلة لتلائم متطلبات لعبة کرة االطائرة , فضلا عن التعرف على تأثير المنهاج في تطوير القوة الخاصة للإطراف السفلى بکرة الطائرة استعمل المنهج التجريبي على عينة من لاعبي المدرسة التخصصية الشباب بالکرة الطائرة والبالغ عددهم (14) لاعب، وبعد التأکد من تجانس عينة البحث في متغيرات (الطول والوزن والعمر الزمني), تم تقسيم العينة إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة وبواقع (7) لاعب لکل مجموعة. ومن ثم أجراء التکافؤ في الاختبار القبلي لغرض الشروع من نقطة بدأ واحدة. المجموعة التجريبية تتدرب وفق تدريبات البلايومترک على الأسطح المائلة والمجموعة الضابطة تتدرب وفق تدريبات البلايومترک على الأسطح المستويه (الأرض) وبعد الانتهاء من تطبيق المنهاج التدريبي وأجراء الاختبار البعدي ,وبعد عرض وتحليل النتائج استنتج الباحثتان أن تدريبات البلايومترک على الأسطح المائلة لها تأثير ايجابي في تطوير القوة الخاصة للإطراف السفلى بکرة اليد أفضل من التدريب على الأسطح المستوية . ل
