Abstract The purpose of this study, teach the art of performing Olympic lifts (snatch and, clean and jerk) using the two methods are instructional (self-learning associated with the model) and (reverse style of partial way). Identify the effectiveness of these methods in learning the art of performance and style of the best Olympic lifting in the learning and retention of novice for Olympic lifts. The research sample consisted of 16 lifters were selected purposively representing specialist center for the care of athletic talent to weightlifting for ages 14 years. The sample was divided into two experimental, Each group (8) eight weightlifters. The experimental group used the style of the first self-learning associated with the model, while the second experimental group used the reverse style of partial way, Lifters were divided on two groups randomly, The researchers found out that style is associated with self-learning model and learning reverse fashioned way of partial way has contributed significantly to the learning Olympic Weightlifting lift among novices, Did not achieve any of the two modes user preference in learning the Olympic lifts on the other, also can adopt any of the two modes in the Olympic lifts learning and achieving results in the same time period . Two sets of the group research has made clear in the post tests using the two modes as well as different sets of research has achieved the level of retention of jerk better than in the snatch.
The study was aimed to evaluate the marketing efficiency of dry Onion crop in Salah al-Deen, as estimate the impact of some quality and quantity factors in the efficiency of marketing process of crop using Tobit regression model. The average marketing efficiency of the research sample was 71.3686%. The marketing margins differed according to the marketing channel followed in marketing the crop. The qualitative and quantitative variables in the model are productivity, family size, distance from the market, educational level. The isolates were identified by the Vitek 2 system. Fourier-transform spectroscopy (FT-IR) tested the potential of these isolates to biodegrade the diesel according to the peak areas, a significant decrease in the area of the peaks at 2856-2928 cm−1 corresponds to aliphatic hydrocarbons.
