     In this research, the effect of the rotation variable on the peristaltic flow of Sutterby fluid in an asymmetric channel with heat transfer is investigated. The modeling of mathematics is created in the presence of the effect of rotation, using constitutive equations following the Sutterby fluid model. In flow analysis, assumptions such as long wave length approximation and low Reynolds number are utilized. The resulting nonlinear equation is numerically solved using the perturbation method. Thermonuclear reaction rates are calculated for three oxygen isotopes ^14,15,16O in CNO cycles reactions occurring in red giant stars. These reactions are:, , , , and . Reaction rates have been calculated using Matlab codes, and related comparisons were made with NACRE II and Reaclib libraries, and the ratios of production to the destruction of ^15,16O isotopes were found. The current study deal with an analysis of the water quality of Dalmaj marsh as one of the closed aquatic environments in the middle parts of Iraq located between latitudes 32ᵒ 05′ to 32ᵒ 23′N and longitudes 45ᵒ 10′ to 45ᵒ 38′ E.
