This manuscript studied the effect of U-CFRP wrapped sheet anchorage on the flexural performance of unbonded post-tensioned PC members subjected to partial strand damage and strengthened using CFRP Near-Surface Mounting techniques. The program includes six girders as a control girder, a girder with strand damage of 14.2%, and four girders strengthened by CFRP laminates using the NSM technique with and without U-CFRP wrapped sheet anchorages. The testing results show that the strand damage of 14.2% has reduced the flexural strength of the girder by 5.71%. The NSM-CFRP laminate has a significant effect on flexural strength by 17.4%. On the other hand, the application of end U-CFRP wrapped sheet anchorages improves flexural

The study used a descriptive statistical methods and the correlation matrix for the independent factors , in addition to a regression model for data analysis and hypothesis . Model included a number of independent variables , which was measured in the size of company (sales or revenue) , and the leverage , in addition to the structure of assets and the book value of owners' equity in the company , as well as the general price index .Based on the data of (11)companies and for three years, showed the result

During the research, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04 and 0.05 % of stevia sweetener was added to the cream instead of the sugar used. Physical and chemical tests were performed for the stevia extract and the microbial content in the cream, as well as the sensory evaluation. It was noted that fortifying the cream with calorie-free stevia sugar led to the production of

The research problem showed that the Diyala State Company for Electrical Industries relies on some simple methods and personal experience to monitor the quality of products and does not adopt scientific methods and modern programs. The remarkable boost in the number of data that is created and kept by modern computational devices influences researchers to obtain even more powerful methods for coping with this problem. In this research, the Quick Search string matching algorithm are adopted to be implemented under the multi-core environment using OpenMP directive which can be employed to reduce the overall execution time of the program. English text, Proteins and DNA data types are utilized to examine the effect of parallelization and implementation of Quick Search string matching algorithm on multi-co

One drawback some of their studies are restricted and have not addressed the nature of values in terms of imprecise data (ID). This paper thus deals with two contributions. First, decreasing the total costs by classifying subsets of costs. Second, improving the optimality solution by the Hungarian assignment approach. This newly proposed method is called fuzzy sub-Triangular form (FS-TF) under ID. The results obtained are exquisite as compared with previous methods including, robust ranking technique, arithmetic operations, magnitude ranking method and centroid ranking method. This

The results showed that using this coagulant in the flocculation process gave high results in the removal of turbidity as well as improving the quality of water by precipitating a great deal of ions causing hardness. From the experimental results of the Jar test, the optimum alum dosages are (25, 50 and 70 ppm), ferric chloride dosages are (15, 40 and 60 ppm) and polyaluminum chloride dosages were (10, 35 and 55 ppm) for initial water turbidity (100, 500 an
