During purification of serum GOT ion exchange chromatography lead to four separate forms (termed I, II, III and IV). The goal is to achieve the optimal solution through the simulation method using the Monte Carlo method using different small and large sample sizes. The present paper deals with studying the effect of electrical discharge machining (EDM) and shot blast peening parameters on work piece fatigue lives using copper and graphite electrodes.
