يعد علم أصول الفقه السبيل إلى استنباط الأحكام من النصوص الشرعية، وبقواعده يسدد المجتهد نظره في أحكام الشريعة ويعينه على الوصول إلى الحقيقة. فهو علم دقيق المسلك، يقصده كل من يتحاشى السطحية في فهم النصوص الشرعية وتفسيرها وتكييف الوقائع والتصرفات الشرعية على النصوص تكييفا صحيحا يعصم العقل عن الخطأ، فهو بالنسبة إلى العلوم الشرعية كالنحو بالنسبة إلى العلوم العربية. وقد نال هذا العلم من جهد العلماء الحظ الأكبر والنصيب الأوفر، ففهموه فهما جليا، وأحلوه بينهم مكانا عليا، فانبرى من بينهم رجال شادوا صرحه وقبابه، وحبسوا أنفسهم لأجله، وجردوا له أقلامهم يصنفون من المصنفات الجليلة العظيمة خدمة للبشرية جمعاء. واقتضى البحث أن يكون في ثلاثة مباحث تسبقها مقدمة وتمهيد وتلحقها خاتمة. أوجزنا في التمهيد التعريف بأصول الفقه لغة واصطلاحا. أما المبحث الأول فقد تناولنا فيه اللغة والنص من وجهة نظر علماء الأصول، وأثبتنا فيه بعض المسائل، وتناولنا في المبحث الثاني طرائق الدلالة الأصولية وكيفية استخلاص الأحكام الشرعية من النصوص، وخلص المبحث الثالث إلى الحقيقة والمجاز ودورهما في فهم النصوص الشرعية. وكانت الخاتمة في أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث.
Products’ quality inspection is an important stage in every production route, in which the quality of the produced goods is estimated and compared with the desired specifications. With traditional inspection, the process rely on manual methods that generates various costs and large time consumption. On the contrary, today’s inspection systems that use modern techniques like computer vision, are more accurate and efficient. However, the amount of work needed to build a computer vision system based on classic techniques is relatively large, due to the issue of manually selecting and extracting features from digital images, which also produces labor costs for the system engineers.
