The main objective of controlling companies Concentration is to prevent their potential anti-competitive effects on the competitive structure of the relevant market, in order to protect freedom of competition in it. In this context, it is necessary to verify that these operations do not impede effective competition or reduce it significantly by making it less than it was before, it is necessary to Anticipate all the effects In order to achieve the goal of controlling on it and revealing their potential restrictive effects. So there must be Auditing Norms that enable the authorities entrusted with the protection of competition and the prevention of monopolistic practices to evaluate these effects and determine their positive and negative aspects. In this study the Individuals of Ostracoda crustacean Cyclocypria were used as bioclaner of two species of bacteria namely Escherichia coli & Staphylococcus aurous, these bacteria have been introduced to an artificial aquatic environment with known number from pure cultures. The aim was to check the predation efficiency and ecological role of Cyclocypria as biological cleaners. This paper aims to make a historical review of jet grouting techniques and encountered problems at different sites in several countries. This review is a good guide to understanding the performance and limitations of improved soils or lands. The basic concept of jet grouting technology is to use cement as a binder to accelerate the hardening process of an admixture of material grout and soil. The different case history was conducted in both sand soil and clay soil in the horizontal and vertical direction. Other papers on field construction showed that the grout can be gelled within 5-10 minutes.
