To determine the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) disorder, 20 patients with MS aged (25-60) years have been investigated from the period of 2016/12/1 to 2017/3/1 and compared to 15 apparently healthy individuals. Phosphorus (P) is an element that is potatoes require in large amounts. Soil pH is a crucial factor impacting phosphorus availability in potato production. This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of P application rates on the P efficiency for tuber yield, specific gravity, and P uptake. Additionally, the relationship between soil pH and total potato tuber yield was determined. Six rates of P fertilization (0–280 kg P ha−1) were applied at twelve different sites across Northern Maine. Yield parameters were not responsive to P application rates. The aims of this study were to prepare Cryptococcus neoformans killed whole cell antigen and evaluate their effects by using DTH- skin test and the differential white blood cells in local rabbits.
Fourteen animals of both sexes were divided randomly into two groups. The first group (7 animals) was immunized with 1 ml of Cryptococcus neoformans killed whole cell antigen (1x 10 cells/ml), subcutaneously. A booster dose was given after 14 days of the first dose. The second group (7 animals) was considered as control group. Based on results of DTH-skin test, no significant differences (P< 0.05) were recorded between the concentrations, 15 mg/ml and 7.5 mg/ml after 24, 48 and 72 hrs., but there was a significant differences (P<0.05)
