    من أهم مسائل الطلاق التي كثر حولها الخلاف: (الحلف بالطلاق وتعليقه بشرط )، لذا عمدت في هذه الصفحات اليسيرة ان اتناول بالبحث والدّراسة مسألة تُعَدُّ من المعضلات، وهي (ما يترتّب على الحلف بالطَّلاق إذا حنث الحالف). وقد فشا وكَثُرَ في الأزمنة المتأخرة الحلف بالطَّلاق في المجتمعات المسلمة، مما دفعني للكتابة فيه ببحث وسميته :

The Mesopotamian marshlands faced a massive destruction from many years and this lead to effect to ecosystem. In this study a survey was made on the physical chemical and heavy metals characteristics and microbiological analysis of AL Chibaish marsh during the two months. Water analyses revealed unacceptable values for almost all physiochemical and biological properties, according to WHO standard limits for drinking water. Almost all major ions and heavy metal concentrations in water showed a distinct decreasing trend at the marsh outlet station compared to other stations.         Francisco de Quevedo is a well-known man of letters in the Golden Age of Spanish literature. He is the witness who related to us, in his works, the Spanish community  in that era. He showed in most of his writings the political weakness of Spain, and made prominent the remarkable literary aspect of Spain. He had a very good tlent for poetry, and a rather polite  style in exploiting colloquialisms in his literary writings. He wrote about philosophy, where his most prominent work was "The cradle and the grave". The writer was also very well-known for his puns which were employed to clarify his inner thoughts regarding  the Spanish  situation at that time.

This article is devoted to the cognitive study of ironic metonymy in Russian and Arabic. Metonymy and irony have traditionally been seen as parallel linguistic phenomena. But their formation and interpretation are based on different cognitive mechanisms. At the formal and functional level, metonymy and irony have a number of significant differences. Metonymy is an artistic technique, the mechanism of which is based on obvious, easily traced connections between objects and phenomena of the surrounding world. Irony is a satirical technique or a rhetorical figure that is used to create a certain artistic image, aimed at forming the hidden meaning of the statement.
