To evaluate impact the difference in stages ofage and related incidence of hemodialysis patients.Two hundred and fifty patients undergoing hemodialysis were collected from general hospital in Baghdad city /Iraq. The samples with renal failure before hemodialysis were divided into (138) male,( 112)female. The sera were separated from samples to physiological investigation. We found that renal failure was more predominant among the patients ages group ranging from (51-70) years old. The results shows A significant increase in the levels of urea, creatinine, in younger patients (≤ 30 years) when compared with older patients (>70 years). Furthermore a significant decrease in serum levels of total protein in patients in older patients (>70 years) compared with younger group (≤ 30 years). While there are no significant differences in sera levels of albumin among aging group.While this study revealed a significant increase in the level of cholesterol when compared the aging group (>70 years) patients with younger group (≤ 30 years). This study also revealed significant increase in the level of fasting blood glucose (FBS) in the aging group (51-70)year when compared with aging group (31-50) year only. In additionleptin, CRP,Hb and PCV levels a significant increase in the age group (>70) years when compared with (≤ 30 years) group.

This image represents the Siba oil field located in Basra, southern Iraq. The concept of strong soft pre-open set was initiated by Biswas and Parsanann.We utilize this notion to study several characterizations and properties of this set. We investigate the relationships between this set and other types of soft open sets. Moreover, the properties of the strong soft pre-interior and closure are discussed. Furthermore, we define a new concept by using strong soft pre-closed that we denote as locally strong soft pre-closed, in which several results are obtained. We establish a new type of soft pre-open set, namely soft pre-open. Also, we continue to study pre- soft open set and discuss the relationships among all these sets. Contours extraction from two dimensional echocardiographic images has been a challenge in digital image processing. This is essentially due to the heavy noise, poor quality of these images and some artifacts like papillary muscles, intra-cavity structures as chordate, and valves that can interfere with the endocardial border tracking. In this paper, we will present a technique to extract the contours of heart boundaries from a sequence of echocardiographic images, where it started with pre-processing to reduce noise and produce better image quality. By pre-processing the images, the unclear edges are avoided, and we can get an accurate detection of both heart boundary and movement of heart valves.
The state and partial level densities were calculated using the corresponding formulas that are obtained in the frame work of the exciton model with equidistant spacing model (ESM) and non-ESM (NESM). Different corrections have been considered, which are obtained from other nuclear principles or models. These corrections are Pauli Exclusion Principle, surface effect, pairing effect, back shift due to shell effect and bound state effect .
