In this paper, we introduce and study the concept of a new class of generalized closed set which is called generalized b*-closed set in topological spaces ( briefly .g b*-closed) we study also. some of its  basic properties and investigate the relations between the associated topology.

When embankment is constructed on very soft soil, special construction methods are adopted. One of the techniques is a piled embankment. Piled (stone columns) embankments provide an economic and effective solution to the problem of constructing embankments over soft soils.       In this paper, we use  the definition of the action on the set of semi-group of the structure of this research .We introduce the concepts of  -system which is a triple , ,  such that  is a Hausdorff compact space called  phase space,  is a semi-group of transformations with a continuous action  of   on  .
