Neurogenic inflammation is pivotal in dental pulp repair, involving complex interactions between sensory nerves, immune cells, and dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs). This review aimed to identify the favorable pathways of neurogenic inflammation and neurogenic differentiation of DPSCs in the pulpal healing process. Also, to identify the techniques used to evaluate these inflammatory and differentiation processes. Both PubMed and Google Scholar databases were employed in the search strategy using keyword combinations based on MeSH terms. The search was performed for published articles in English from January 2014 to November 2024, including studies with histological and molecular findings. 29 articles only met the inclusion criteria. Neurogenic inflammation encompasses three main stages: initial (minutes to 24 h), intermediate (24 h to 3 days), and long-term response (3 days to several weeks). The immediate phase includes neuropeptide release, resulting in inflammation and recruitment of immune cells. The intermediate phase features the persistence of neuropeptides, nerve sprouting, and the initiation of repair processes. The long response phase involves resolving inflammation, angiogenesis, decreased neuropeptide levels, and neurogenesis mediated by DPSCs. Advanced methods such as IHC, RNA sequencing, electrophysiological studies, and micro-CT imaging have been employed to evaluate these mechanisms. However, limitations in real-time dynamic assessment highlight the necessity for more advanced and noninvasive procedures for direct evaluation of this complex process.

The research aims to identify the role played by the strategic mind of human resources managers in reducing the levels of strategic drift that can face the organization, as the problem of research to overlook the importance of this role in monitoring and follow-up all the changes that may face the organization during the implementation of its strategy, therefore highlights the importance Research in providing a set of solutions to the problems faced by the researched organization and as far as the research variables, the researchers have adopted the descriptive analytical approach in the applied side, as adopted the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, which was prepared based on a number of ready me

The research adopted the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (370) male and female teachers in governmental and private general education schools in the Al-Jouf region, Saudi Arabia. The results of the research concluded that the reality of future teachers' attitudes towards cloud computing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from their point of view is very high and that most areas of using computing are in the field of assessment, then teaching, and activities. The challenges of future teachers' attitudes toward cloud computing are recorded at a high level, parti

Show MoreAbstract: The article aimed to formulate an MLX binary ethosome hydrogel for topical delivery to escalate MLX solubility, facilitate dermal permeation, avoid systemic adverse events, and compare the permeation flux and efficacy with the classical type. MLX ethosomes were prepared using the hot method according to the Box–Behnken experimental design. The formulation was implemented according to 16 design formulas with four center points. Independent variables were (soya lecithin, ethanol, and propylene glycol concentrations) and dependent variables (vesicle size, dispersity index, encapsulation efficiency, and zeta potential). The design suggested the optimized formula (MLX−Ethos−OF) with the highest desirability to perform the

Studies suggested that the repair strength may be improved by several means including surface treatment with chemical agents. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of surface treatment with acrybond-bonding agent and monomer on fractured denture base in respect to transverse, tensile and shear bond strength and evaluation of the mode of failure by light microscope. Materials and methods: Two hundred seventy specimens were prepared and divided into 3 groups according to the material used (regular conventional, rapid simplified and high impact) heat cure acrylic. The specimen in each groups were prepared specificall

The current study included a review of the registration and description of the Theretra alecto Boi, 1827 (Levant hawk moth), samples were collected from various areas of the Baghdad belt and the provinces of the Middle Euphrates, confirmation in the description was on the most important parts of the body included the head and it's appendages, pronotum, wings as well as male and female genitalia. The morphological characteristics under study were enhanced by illustrations and images. Information on the locations and date of the collection was also confirmed. This study aims to identify the most important characteristics of the diagnosis of the species and the review of appearance variations, especially the analytical style of wings, coupling
