The idea of a homomorphism of a cubic set of a KU-semigroup is studied and the concept of the product between two cubic sets is defined. And then, a new cubic bipolar fuzzy set in this structure is discussed, and some important results are achieved. This research deals with political decentralization under the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq in 2005 in terms of reviewing the concept of the term and its pillars, as well as setting boundaries with other terms that converge with it such as administrative decentralization and autonomy. In order to answer an important question related to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the introduction of this system by the Iraqi legislator, and to indicate the obstacles that prevented the implementation of this system despite the passage of nearly a decade to the entry into force of the Iraqi Constitution, and then propose a road map to complete the construction of this system and its pillar.

The present experimental work is conducted to examine the influence of adding Alumina (Al₂O₃) nanoparticles and Titanium oxide (TiO₂) nanoparticles each alone to diesel fuel on the characteristic of the emissions. The paper include study the effect thickness of the polymeric sample which is manufactured by thermo press way. The sample was used as an active tunable R6G laser media. The remarks show that, when the thickness of the samples is increased, with the same concentration, the spectrum will shift towards the short wavelength, & the quantum fluorescence yield will increased. The best result we obtained for the quantum fluorescence yield is (0.68) at the sample, with thickness (0.304mm) in Ethanol solvent, while when we used the Pure Water as a solvent, we found that the best quantum fluorescence yield is (0.63) at (0.18mm) thickness of the sample.
