The presence of research Repositories in the intellectual production of universities and their availability through their websites or through their scientific institutions is one of the criteria for evaluating these universities in the international classifications of the best universities, in addition to preserving the intellectual output of these universities for a long time and safely and preserving the property rights of researchers. And made them available through their websites. The purpose of this research is to identify the concept of digital content and research repositories and its origin, and to indicate the importance of its existence through the websites of universities and their types, and to identify the research repositories provided by Iraqi universities and to identify the research repository of the Iraqi academic journals of the Ministry of Higher Education. The research talks about the most important challenges facing Muslim youth of their ideological, social and economic types, and the youth is facing several problems, the most important of which are the intellectual and social invasion to which the Islamic nation has been exposed and ways to address them from a Quranic perspective and find solutions to these problems and these challenges in accordance with Islamic Sharia and the texts of the Holy Quran. The present study aimed to identify the exact location and its relation to cognitive
method (risk_caution) to university students. The sample consisted of (300) students who
were chosen randomly and equally. The study results indicated that students possess an
internal exact location and they also use risk cognitive method. The study also indicated that
there is a prophesies which is an exact location for others to reach to caution cognitive
