A new, Simple, sensitive and accurate spectrophotometric methods have been developed for the determination of sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) drug in pure and dosage forms. This method based on the reaction of sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) with 1,2-napthoquinone-4-sulphonic acid (NQS) to form Nalkylamono naphthoquinone by replacement of the sulphonate group of the naphthoquinone sulphonic acid by an amino group. The colored chromogen shows absorption maximum at 460 nm. The optimum conditions of condensation reaction forms were investigated by (1) univariable method, by optimizing the effect of experimental variables (different bases, reagent concentration, borax concentration and reaction time), (2) central composite design (CCD) including the effect of three experimental factors (reagent concentration, borax concentration, and reaction time). The linearity ranges of sulfamethoxazole are (5-50) µg.mL-1 at 460 nm with molar absorptivity (6.7878×104- 7.0918×104) L.mol-1.cm-1, Sandell's sensitivity index (0.3755- 0.3571) μg.cm-2 and detection limit of (0.3755– 0.3594) µg.mL-1 for each procedure respectively. The results showed there are no interferences of excipients on the determination of the drug. The proposed method has been successfully applied for the determination of sulfamethoxazole in pure and pharmaceutical preparations.
Professional learning societies (PLS) are a systematic method for improving teaching and learning performance through designing and building professional learning societies. This leads to overcoming a culture of isolation and fragmenting the work of educational supervisors. Many studies show that constructing and developing strong professional learning societies - focused on improving education, curriculum and evaluation will lead to increased cooperation and participation of educational supervisors and teachers, as well as increases the application of effective educational practices in the classroom.
The roles of the educational supervisor to ensure the best and optimal implementation and activation of professional learning soci
... Show MorePhotonic crystal fiber interferometers are widely used for sensing applications. In this work, solid core-Photonic crystal fiber based on Mach-Zehnder modal interferometer for sensing refractive index was presented. The general structure of sensor applied by splicing short lengths of PCF in both sides with conventional single mode fiber (SMF-28). To apply modal interferometer theory; collapsing technique based on fusion splicing used to excite higher order modes (LP01 and LP11). Laser diode (1550 nm) has been used as a pump light source. Where a high sensitive optical spectrum analyzer (OSA) was used to monitor and record the transmitted. The experimental work shows that the interference spectrum of Photonic crystal fiber interferometer

Show MoreThe electrical performance of bottom-gate/top source-drain contact for p-channel organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) using poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as an active semiconductor layer with two different gate dielectric materials, Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and Hafnium oxide (HfO2), is investigated in this work. The output and transfer characteristics were studied for HfO2, PVP and HfO2/PVP as organic gate insulator layer. Both characteristics show a high drain current at the gate dielectric HfO2/PVP equal to -0.0031A and -0.0015A for output and transfer characteristics respectively, this can be attributed to the increasing of the dielectric capacitance. Transcondactance characteristics also studied for the three organic mater

Therefore, in domain of agriculture, plant infection discovery is a vital job because it gives promising advance towards the development of agricultural production. In this work, a framework for potato diseases classification based on feed foreword neural network is proposed. The objective of this work is presenting a system that can detect and classify four kinds of potato tubers diseases; black dot, common scab, potato virus Y and early blight based on their images. The presented PDCNN framework comprises three levels: the pre-processing is first level, which is based on K-means clustering algorithm to detect the infected area from potato image. The s

You can access and monitor the result of the program from any location, saving many images and allowing for faster computation. This work proposes a face detection classification model based on AWS cloud aiming to classify the faces into two classes: a non-permission class, and a permission class, by training the real data set collected from our cameras. The proposed Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) cloud-based system was used to share computational resources for Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) to reduce redundant computation. The test system uses Internet of Things (IoT) services through our ca

Show MoreExtended utilization of adaptive algorithms, Evaluative Algorithms (EAs), to address these issues offers a way to handle massive multi-objective optimization, even if the algorithmic method for handling combinations of objectives (CO) has been accessible for quite some time. Combining the idea of superiority with the Hypervolume (HV) tag approach, the GSA algorithm utilizes various target effects to explain several algorithms depending on the Hypervolume (HV) spacing. The Multi-objective Gravitational Search Algorithm with Hypervolume (MOGSA/HV). Since rapid convergence could result from GSA foundation work, Hypervolume rewrites the multi-objective problem (MOP) as a sequence of Tchebycheff solutions, improving it. Since the one in charge h

In the modern world, one of the main factors influencing economic growth is the quality of agricultural produce. The need for future crop protection and production is growing as disease-affected plants have caused considerable agricultural losses in several crop categories. The crop yield must be increased while preserving food quality and security and having the most negligible negative environmental impact. To overcome these obstacles, early discovery of satisfactory plants is critical. The use of Advances in Intelligent Systems and information computer science effectively helps find more efficient and low-cost solutions. Thi
