This study presented more than twenty books that dealt with the subject of (Weights of the Tawshih art), whether their study was independent and dedicated the art of Tawshih as a part of book. Therefore, the review of the sources and references on the art of the Tawshih is not specific for place or time, it was a broad and comprehensive review of all the places where the muwashahat appeared in the east and west, Andalusia was one of the most important areas covered by the study arbic Maghreb and Iraq. The art of tawshih took different forms according to the countries in which they appeared. Muwashahat is a new art that appeared in Andalusia, its main goal was to renew the Khalilian weights and to find the poetic rhythm that fits with the social life in Andalusia, which tends to sing and music.
The aim of the research is to identify the suitability of a patrol model in evaluating the financial performance of Iraqi banks. The financial reports of five Iraqi commercial banks were approved as a sample for research for the period from 2015 to 2020. The most common financial ratios were adopted for the purpose of measuring the five elements of the model, which are capital adequacy, profitability, credit risk, bankal efficiency and liquidity. This paper aims to explain the effect of the taxes policy including direct & indirect taxes on supporting the domestic Investment in Iraq. This could help the official planners for drawing the future policies that help provoking (istumlating) the domestic investment in Iraq the quantitative analysis approach was adopted using regression model.
