Theoretical spectroscopic study of  Beryllium Oxide has been carried out, Boltzmann distribution of P, Q and R branches in the range of (0<J<13) at temperature 4200K for (0-0) band for electronic transitions B¹Σ⁺-A¹Π and B¹Σ-X¹Σ. The Boltzmann distribution of these branches has a maximum values at equal J approximately while the values of relative population are different. For the B¹Σ⁺- X¹Σ⁺ transition the branch's lines extend towards lower wavenumber. This is because (B_v'-B_v") value is negative, i.e  B_v'< B_v" For B¹Σ⁺-A¹Π

The estimation of the initial oil in place is a crucial topic in the period of exploration, appraisal, and development of the reservoir. In the current work, two conventional methods were used to determine the Initial Oil in Place. These two methods are a volumetric method and a reservoir simulation method. Moreover, each method requires a type of data whereet al the volumetric method depends on geological, core, well log and petrophysical properties data while the reservoir simulation method also needs capillary pressure versus water saturation, fluid production and static pressure data for all active wells at the Mishrif reservoir. The aim of this study is to screen the phytochemicals found in Populus euphratica leaves since this type of trees are used traditionally by many villagers as treatment for eczema and other skin disease and also this plant is poorly investigated for their phytochemicals especially in Iraq.
