Background: Preterm infants face significant health challenges due to the underdevelopment of their organ systems. The neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is considered a stressful environment, which can disrupt self-regulation and maturation. Developmental supportive care strategies have been shown to enhance neurodevelopmental outcomes in neonates by mimicking intrauterine conditions, reducing stress, and providing appropriate sensory stimulation. Nursing interventions, particularly developmental care, are essential in improving neonatal health, with nurses playing a pivotal role in implementing these strategies. Aim: This article aimed to provide a comprehensive narrative synthesis of recent research on the impact of developmental supportive care on the health outcomes of preterm infants. Methods: An extensive literature search was conducted across PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and the Cochrane Library. Quantitative studies, quasi-experimental research, observational studies, and meta-analyses of randomized clinical trials published in English within the past decade were included, with a particular emphasis on studies from the last five years. Results: The findings indicated that the application of developmental supportive care strategies in the neonatal intensive care unit significantly improved health outcomes for preterm infants, as reported in previous studies. Conclusion: This narrative overview demonstrated that developmental supportive care effectively contributes to the management and enhancement of preterm infants' health. The study recommends promoting and standardizing these practices in neonatal intensive care units, conducting a collective review of developmental supportive care techniques, and establishing training programs to improve health outcomes for preterm infants and identify effective interventions.
The futuristic age requires progress in handwork or even sub-machine dependency and Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) provides the necessary BCI procession. As the article suggests, it is a pathway between the signals created by a human brain thinking and the computer, which can translate the signal transmitted into action. BCI-processed brain activity is typically measured using EEG. Throughout this article, further intend to provide an available and up-to-date review of EEG-based BCI, concentrating on its technical aspects. In specific, we present several essential neuroscience backgrounds that describe well how to build an EEG-based BCI, including evaluating which signal processing, software, and hardware techniques to use. Available treatments are only symptomatic with no cure. Recent methods for managing osteoarthritis involve using pharmacological, non-pharmacological treatments or both for improving physical function in patients and alleviating pain. Clinical trials were conducted to reveal the extent of benefits obtained from different nutraceuticals and food supplements, such as collagen with growing use and fairly good results in the treatment of osteoarthritis. The goal of this study is to review the current information about the rational use of collagen in osteoarthritisKeyw

The goal of this review is to show the methods that have been used for determining ketoprofen in pharmaceutical formulations. Precision product quality control is crucial to confirm the composition of the drugs in pharmaceutical use. Several analytical techniques, including chromatographic and spectroscopic methods, have been used for determining ketoprofen in different sample forms such as a tablet, capsule, ampoule, gel, and human plasma. The limit of detection of ketoprofen was 0.1 ng/ ml using liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry, while it was 0

Additionally it can also be applied in forensic techniques, food production and agriculture, as well as genetic profiling. This can be well understand by interfering and combinations of all branches of life sciences such as chemistry, physics, biotechnology, genetic evolution, and minimize the gap between them, this

These parasites, which cause a class of human disorders known as leishmaniasis, live mostly in macrophages, where they multiply and survive by employing a variety of defense mechanisms against the oxidative stress and acidity generated by these immune cells. To help control their reaction to heat stress, they also produce heat shock proteins. Furthermore, the promastigote form has a glycocalyx that is necessary for colonizing the gut wall of the sand fly and completing its life cycle. Consequently, a variety of virulence factors contribute to the parasite's pathoge

It plays a key function as a cofactor in the synthesizing of blood clotting proteins in the liver; recently, the interest for its functions in extra-hepatic tissue has increased. Vitamin k deficiency is usually caused by abnormal absorption rather than in the lack of vitamin in food. Apart from its impact on clotting, chronic subclinical deficiency of vitamin K maybe a risk factor for many diseases such as osteoporosis, atherosclerosis, cancer, insulin resistance, neurodegenerative diseases and others, while current food intake guidelines be focused on the daily dose necessary to avoid blood loss.
