This paper presents a novel derivative method to find the temperature distribution of the new design (inclined perforated) of the pin fin. In this study, the following two types of bacteria were employed for bactericidal purposes: Gram-negative Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus).
