The present work considered the specific activities of naturally occurring radioactive materials in salt samples, which are measured and analyzed using high resolution HPGe system. In this study used three methods such as Williamson-hall, size-strain Plot, and Halder-Wagner to analysis x-ray diffraction lines to determine the crystallite size and the lattice strain of the nickel oxide nanoparticles and then compare the results of these methods with two other methods. The results were calculated for each of these methods to the crystallite size are (0.42554) nm, (1.04462) nm, and (3.60880) nm, and lattice strain are (0.56603), (1.11978), and (0.64606) respectively were compared with the result of Scherrer method (0.29598) nm,(0.34245),and the Modified Scherrer (0.97497). In this work the Aluminum plasma in Air produced by Nd: YAG pulsed laser, (λ = 1064 nm, τ = 6 ns) has been studied with a repletion rate of 10 Hz. The laser interaction in Al target (99.99%) under air atmosphere generates plasma, which is produced at room temperature; with variation in the energy laser from 600-900 mJ. The electron temperature and the electron density have been determined by optical emission spectroscopy and by assuming a local thermodynamic equilibrium (LTE) of the emitting species. Finally the electron temperature was calculated by the Boltzmann plot from the relative intensities of spectral lines and electron density was calculated by the Stark-broadening of emission line.

In this work, the switching nonlinear dynamics of a Fabry-Perot etalon are studied. The method used to complete the solution of the differential equations for the nonlinear medium. The Debye relaxation equations solved numerically to predict the behavior of the cavity for modulated input power. The response of the cavity filled with materials of different response time is depicted. For a material with a response time equal to = 50 ns, the cavity switches after about (100 ns).
