The aim of the research is to prepare practical volleyball lessons by using the four pillars strategy for middle school students, and to identify the effect of the four pillars strategy in performing the transmission and volleyball skills in the second intermediate students, to assume that the two researchers assume that there are no statistically significant differences between the results of my skill performance tests Sending and preparing tribal and remote volleyball for the experimental and controlled groups, and there are no statistically significant differences between the results of the performance of the transmission and preparation skills of the volleyball between the two experimental and control groups, and the research community available in the second -grade middle -grade students persistently in the morning study in the high school for boys within the secondary school within Forms of the General Directorate for Baghdad Education/ Rusafa for the academic year (2023/2024), The total number of (180) students, who are inherently distributed to the six study people, the application sample of the number of (40) random students in the two divisions (A) and (C) represented (22,222 %) of the origin society, and after preparing the performance tests The skill and preparation of practical lessons in this strategy was applied after tribal tests by experimenting with a period of (8) weeks at a rate of (1) one lesson per week and for each skill (4) consecutive weeks, and then conducting dimensional tests and processing the results automatically with a system (SPSS) so that the conclusions and recommendations are to apply The strategy of the four pillars in practical physical education is suitable for middle school students, and helps in improving the performance of the transmission and preparation skills of their volleyball, and they outperform the improvement level of the performance of these two skills for students who study without them, and it is necessary to increase interest in modernizing teaching strategies in active learning and employ their applications In the lesson of physical education by adopting individual differences to suit the age and level of middle school students, It is necessary to include the applications of the strategy of the four pillars in the preparation courses and training in the General Directorates of Training and to introduce teachers to how to employ them in practical lessons of volleyball because of their positive returns to the skill factor for second-grade intermediate students.
The reality of the field of construction projects in Iraq refers to needing for the development of performance in order to improve quality and reduce defects and errors and to control the time and cost, so there is needing for the application of effective methods in this area, one of the methods that can be applied in this area is the manner of Six Sigma. This research aims to enhance the performance and quality improvement for the construction projects by improving performance in the work of the implementation of the concrete structure depending on the Six Sigma methodology, and for the purpose of achieving the aim of the research, the researcher firstly depends on the theoretical study that include the concepts of qual

Show MoreThe sports field is one of the fields that are concerned with the various methods and methods because of their positive impact on the development of actual training, the investment of the exerted effort in time, and through the follow-up of the researcher in the field and academic field, I noticed that there is a weakness in explosive ability, which affects performance and skill level during training and competition Therefore, the researcher decided to prepare maximum physical exertion exercises according to the anaerobic threshold as a principle of development in many physical and skill variables because good physical performance leads to reaching the best achievements and since the skill of shooting by jumping high - either constitutes a

The sample consists of 158 faculty members in five private colleges in Baghdad. The technique used to analyze the data is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), and SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). The research concludes that the employees retaining strategy plays a vital role in retaining employees and hence maintains organizational memory. The findings and recommendations of this research assure the administrations of private colleges that employees retention strategy play a vital role in retaining its employee and hence maintains organizational memory. Materials and Methods: Forty mandibular premolar decoronated and instrumented with rotary ProTaper to F3 then teeth were divided randomly into 4 groups of 10 teeth for each as follow: group (I) single- cone obturation with matched-taper gutta-percha, group (II) cold lateral compaction technique, group (III) continuous wave of obturation technique, and group( IV) carrier based gutta-percha technique. Zinc oxide eugenol (ZOE) sealer was used as a root canal sealer for the

over the course of a year, instructors can build in many opportunities to assess how learners
are learning. Therefore, assessment techniques are considered a good method to get benefit
for both instructors and learners in the process of teaching and learning. The sample consists
of 27 learners who participated in TOEFL training course in the Development and Continuous
Education Centre. Validity and reliability were verified.
To fulfill the aims and verify the hypothesis which reads as follows” It is hypothesized
that the TOEFL learners' scores will not be increased after TOEFL course training.” T-test

This study produces an image of theoretical and experimental case of high loading stumbling condition for hip prosthesis. Model had been studied namely Charnley. This model was modeled with finite element method by using ANSYS software, the effect of changing the design parameters (head diameter, neck length, neck ratio, stem length) on Charnley design, for stumbling case as impact load where the load reach to (8.7* body weight) for impact duration of 0.005sec.An experimental rig had been constructed to test the hip model, this rig consist of a wood box with a smooth sliding shaft where a load of 1 pound is dropped from three heights.
The strain produced by this impact is measured by using rosette strain gauge connected to Wheatstone
The study seeks to investigate the effect of Dunn Dunn learning style model on students’ achievement. Besides, the way of developing students’ deductive thinking by testing the null hypothesis: there is no significant difference between experimental group who takes Dunn Dunn model as style in studying geography and control group that follows a traditional method in studying geography at the level of (0,05). Additionally, there is no significant difference between experimental group who takes Dunn Dunn model as style in studying geography and control group that follows a traditional method in studying geography at the level of (0,05) on testing developing deductive thinking skills.
