The present study aims at assessing the effects of chronic kidney disease (CKD) on thyroid hormone and leptin by evaluating the level of: leptin hormone along with thyroid hormone in CKD patients. This study aimed to isolate and phenotype lymphocytes in untreated children patients with chronic allergic asthma. The method is based on solving partial differential equations for the conservation of mass and momentum by finite difference method to convert them into algebraic equations.
