Artificial intelligence is what helps in the transition to digitization or digital transformation, which is intended to represent files, images, and objects with separate points, which means the transformation from the traditional system that contains traditional drawbacks to the electronic system, and this transformation requires knowledge of the methods and means that suit this transformation, so the transformation to Digitization has now become a necessary matter for solving all contemporary problems. Most importantly, it is eliminating complex procedures and government red tape by turning to electronic governments, and eliminating everything that is complex, accumulated, and difficult to retrieve. This is what we will address in the subject of our research in accordance with the demands mentioned in our study..
In this paper, some necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the oscillatory of all solutions of the first order impulsive neutral differential equations. Also, some results in the references have been improved and generalized. New lemmas are established to demonstrate the oscillation property. Special impulsive conditions associated with neutral differential equation are submitted. Some examples are given to illustrate the obtained results.

Three hundred Iraqi people participated in demographic and attitudes study about red and white meat consumption. The mean age of the participants was 50 SD ± 11 years (mean 30-72); 51% were females and 49% males, mostly in forties who lived ≥ 5 years in Baghdad. The results showed that 80% of individuals prefer red meat. A 90% of people prefer fresh meat compared to frozen and processed meat. A 60% of people buy meat from popular markets.
