Quantum dots (QDs) of zinc sulfide (ZnS) was prepared by chemical reaction with different potential of hydrogen (pH) and used to fabricate organic quantum dot hybrid junction device. The optical properties of QDs were characterized by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis.) and photoluminescence (PL) spectrometer. The results show that the prepared QDs were nanocrystalline with defects formation. The energy gap (E_g)calculated from PL were 3.64, 3.53 and 3.35 eV for pH=8, 10 and 12 respectively. This decreasing of energy gaps is results of the effect the pH solution increases, which in turn leads to the shifted of the PL spectrum toward red shifted, which makes the energy bands at surface states are shallow ban

Schiff bases (SBs) based on amino acid derivative stand for multipurpose ligands that formed by condensing amino acids with carbonyl groups. They are significant in pharmaceutical and medical areas due to their widespread biological actions such as antiseptic, antifungal, along with antitumor actions. Transition metallic complexes resulting from SB ligands with biological activity were extensively experimented in the literature. In this article, we review, in details, about synthesizing and biological performances of SBs along with its complexes.

A total of 50 fertile human hydatid cases {33(66%) females and (34%) males}, obtained from Al-Ramadi public Hospital during the period from December 2003 to July 2004 were examined to study any bacterial infections. The specimens were obtained from hydatid fluid and then cultured on appropriate culture media to distinguish some species of bacteria which resulted in obtaining: Staphylococcus aureus (18%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa(12%), Escherichia coli(6%) and Streptococcus pneumonia (4%). These bacteria were confirmed by isolation from interacyst fluid and blood culture technique. Mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils were distilled into narrow fractions. The range of these narrow fractions were 10oC, starting from IBP to 350oC. The total distillates from mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils were 58.25 vol % and 44.65 vol %, respectively.The hydrocarbons compositions (paraffin, naphthene, aromatic) in light fractions starting from IBP to 250oC were determined by using PONA analysis method. The results show that the paraffin content decreases with increasing mid percent boiling point of the fraction, while the naphthene, and aromatic increase with the increase of mid percent boiling point of mixed Kirkuk and Sharki-Baghdad crude oils.        The Euphrates River Basin in Iraq suffers from climate changes represented by the scarcity of precipitation and the increase in temperatures, which is directly reflected in the discharge rates and the increase in total dissolved solids, and consequently, the increase in the dissolved loads in the river. Four measurement stations (Haditha, Ramadi, Fallujah, and Al-Hindiya) in the upper reach of the Euphrates River were investigated. Available data were analyzed from 1970 to 2020 related to precipitation (mm) and temperatures (°C).      In vivo study was made for the coumpounds 3-(ocetyl Salicyloyl)-5,6-O-isoprpy lideneL-ascorbicocid,2,3-(acetyl Salicyloyl )-5,6-o- isopropylidene-L-ascorbic acid and 2,3,5,6(acetyl Salicyloyl )-L- ascorbic acid .And a measurement was mod for the concentration of the liberated aspirin in blood samples a fter (2,3,4,6,8,10) hours of the initial dose for the animal .The results showed that the highest concentration of aspirin was after four hours of giving the dose to the animal which is in accordance with pharmacokinetics studies

In this research, a new application has been developed for games by using the generalization of the separation axioms in topology, in particular regular, Sg-regular and SSg- regular spaces. The games under study consist of two players and the victory of the second player depends on the strategy and choice of the first player. Many regularity, Sg, SSg regularity theorems have been proven using this type of game, and many results and illustrative examples have been presented
